Woodlands school winter 2023 and 2024

With Mrs Robinson we have been enjoying woodland sessions over the winter period. In each woodland session we start with some team games, then we introduce our focus story and get going on our independent activities linked to our stories whilst enjoying some free play. In our Stickmam session, we built a family den for Stickman and co and prepared soup for him in the mud kitchen. In our Polar Express class we used sticks and blocks to build our own train and re tell the story. We have also been keeping the birds fed by making natural bird feeders and will continue to bird watch every time we are outside.
