Sports Premium Effect and Sustainability
At St. Anne's we are committed to improving the health of all of our pupils. We are working hard as a school to ensure that all pupils have access to a range of high quality PE lessons, experience a range of extra curricular activities and participate in competitions across the Catholic Cluster of primary schools and the Streetly Network.
Since January 2019 all pupils in all year groups are participating in the daily mile to increase levels of activity on a daily basis.
From March 2019 Commando Joes are going to work with all of the pupils at St. Anne's to build resilience, communication and understanding of the need to be healthy and active through their delivery of a special weekly program across school.
The staff and governors at St. Anne's are committed to establishing positive attitudes to sustainable healthy habits in all of our pupils. In September 2018 all pupils received recycled plastic bottles to ensure that they reduced the use of single use plastic bottles and so that all pupils are encouraged to drink water regularly throughout the day.
