Sports Premium Effect and Sustainability
At St. Anne's we are committed to improving the health of all of our pupils. We are working hard as a school to ensure that all pupils have access to a range of high quality PE lessons, experience a range of extra curricular activities and participate in competitions across the Catholic Cluster of primary schools and the Streetly Network.
Since January 2019 all pupils in all year groups are participating in the daily mile to increase levels of activity on a daily basis.
From September 2021, the governors have appointed a Forest School teacher to support our pupils with their outdoor learning, ensuring that they are active in an outdoor environment, whilst developing a sense of well-being.
The staff and governors at St. Anne's are committed to establishing positive attitudes to sustainable healthy habits in all of our pupils. Our curriculum ensures that there are ample opportunities to discuss the importance of a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally.
