October Harvest Donations

Every Friday in October this year we are donating items of food for St Chads. Every child has been asked to bring in one item each week.

Week 1 - 154 tins of chick peas

Week 2 - 193 bags of rice

Week 3 - 243 tins of fish

Look what we can do when we all donate a little.

Thank you to the parents who came and joined us for the Macmillan Coffee Morning. It was wonderful to have you all back in school. Thank you to the Minnie Vinnies for organising the event. A true example of being generous. We hope you enjoyed the cakes. Keep your eyes peeled for how much was raised for this amazing cause.

Trainers on the last day of term

Thank you to everyone for the donations of school shoes and food at the end of term for St Chad’s. Mrs Turley dropped them off in the summer holiday and the staff were very grateful. They will be given to those children less fortunate than ourselves including the refugees. A great example of sharing with others.
